+John Shagawat Its all about taste and budget. I used to have a Honda Shadow which is a starting line cruiser that I got for 2,000 and I loved it. I would still have it today if someone didnt hit me while I was on it. But since I got some good money for my settlement I could pick any Harley I want and I went with a sportser seventy-two and I love it. If someone is on two wheels they are apart of the club, its a matter of the assholes who are caught up in what they have that bring everyone else down. Have fun and ride on, even if you are kinda a douche about it.

Absolutely love my 48 Sportster. Power Commander 5 on it as well as an Arlen Ness air intake...you need to hold on when you hit the throttle.

I've got an 883 and its slow as fuck compared to my zx6r 636, but what it lacks in speed it makes up for on the fun factor. It really is fun to cruise around. People get caught up with performance and really its a freakin cruiser. Just cruise. If you want power just get a liter bike and hit the track.

Da mach ich dann noch nen Video wenn das Wetter wieder passt :) Schraub dir aber nen Öltemperaturmesser statt dem Öldeckel rein, wenn du lange 190 fährst ( Drehzahl am roten bereich ) gehts gerne über 100°C. Danke und viel Spaß dann!!! ;D

Hab mir das Motorrad gerade eben gekauft. Wird nun auch auf 35kw gedrosselt. Ich hoffe meine Entscheidung war richtig. Macht es dir noch spaß?

Ich denke du wirst nicht viel falsch gemacht haben. Die XJ6 hat mir auch mit 48 PS/ 35 kw zwei Jahre lang Spaß gemacht.Ist halt gut für den Einstieg meiner Meinung nach. Nicht zu extrem schnell, aber auch nicht so langsam wie ne 125ccm Maschine.Du wirst deinen Spaß haben ^^Aber nun kommt die Drossel raus bei mir ;)

Probably becouse you're sick and tired to bend forward to reach your handle bars, and because 5 sec to go from 0 to 100 km/h are fun enough to drive where ever you need.. and obviously becouse the 883 is the most fuckin sexy harley out there!!

It ran 0-60 in 5.05 seconds today, at 75% power, in 235.3 ft. The Warp 11HV motor pulls like crazy but the car would definitely benefit from a lower gear. George is right that direct drive works, but is a heavy load at take-off. This winter the car will get a 1.76 low gear by installing a powerglide transmission, which should improve performance.

I will get to a 0-60 video and numbers at some point. For now, I am still gradually bringing up the power and watching the motor comm to ensure a better break-in than I had last fall. So far it is looking far better. Don't want to hit it hard yet at zero rpm. Dan, I know you're anxious to compare it to JR's Cobra. What were his numbers?
