Try all the arrow keys not just one. And BTW you need to press control, alt, then one of the arrow keys. Just try all of them

Hi! I'm deciding between this Asus or the Toshiba Satellite Radius P55W-B5254. I've read lots of reviews and comments on both computers and find out that Toshiba had some issues with the Wifi connection that are already fixed. I've always loved Toshiba, my old laptop is 8 years old and is still working. So anyone have any experience about these Two models to share? I haven't found a review for that model in your channel +Andrew Tan

+Josue Uriel Ebenezer Gutierrez It's unlikely to work well if it does work at all. The system requirements (listed here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/garden-warfare-pc-system-requirements/) indicate graphics cards that are much more powerful than the one in this machine.

Is the backlight part of the LCD assembly? My screen has some dark bands emanating from the bottom of the screen like there's a bunch of LED emitters and 1/2 went out along the bottom.

+Jason Cwik Screen and digitizer on this model are molded together from the factory so if you LED backlight is faulty you will need a new assembly of the two parts mentioned.

When replacing the screen, what is being replaced? Does a screen replacement come with the digitizer? I have also never used a heat gun with a laptop before. How easy or difficult is it to damage the laptop using one?

In this video, we are removing the LCD and digitizer from the plastic bezel. The LCD/Digitizer are attached together at the factory and cannot be replaced individually.There are screen assemblies that come with the bezel already attached if you aren't comfortable with using a heat gun. Contact us at www.365LaptopRepair.com if you want one of these.If you aren't careful with the heat gun you can apply too much heat and melt or bend the plastic bezel around the screen.

So I am a little confused by watching this. we had to use the heat gun to remove the old bezel, but I don't think I saw you add a new bezel. If the bezel is already on the screen, why did we have to pry it apart?

Hello Gregg,There are two versions of the screens for this model. One comes with the plastic bezel attached and one comes without it. You will need to use the heat gun to remove the plastic bezel from the old screen and then apply new adhesive to the bezel and apply the new screen to it. Hope this helps.

It is possible but I would not recommend it. It is a complicated as it is and it requires to be worked in many different angles. Leaving the screen is simply dangerous.
