Telemundo va a seguir siendo de General Electric. asi que va a seguir siendo una estación que dará las noticias independientemente. como dijo Grahambunk el Canal 51 ya no necesita la ayuda de WTVJ. eso si preparanse para tener las horribles paginas web de Post-Newsweek y el cambio de nombre de "NBC6 S FL" a "Channel 6" o simplemente "WTVJ".

Translation: Telemundo (WSCV) will remain owned by General Electric, and will continue to carry news independently. As Grahambrunk said, channel 51 no longer needs the help of WTVJ. However, prepare for the horrible Post-Newsweek Web page design, and a possible rebranding of "NBC6" to simply "Channel 6" or "WTVJ".

Well. NBC has cancelled the sale of WTVJ. Personally, I'd rather have NBC sell both WTVJ and KNTV in San Francisco to Fox and NBC could either purchase both WSVN and KRON or re-affiliate with those two, since they were with NBC originally.

Why do you say that? they're are the big Telemundo station. WTVJ was weak and profitless, telemundo doesent need their aid.

I guess it depends on how old you are... this was one of my grandparents' favorites from the time it started in the late 60s... I first watched it with them in the 80s and still watched it while doing homework in High School in the mid 90s when it was on USA... It last aired I believe in 1995, so I'm guessing you'd have to be 22-23 minimum to remember it... and it was a GREAT show!!! :)
