+rat rat te los pongo yo! jeje aquí va: al cuscús crudo le añade sal, pimienta, pimentón y comino. Los ingredientes que utilza luego son cebolla roja, pepino, tomate y chile. Las hierbas frescas que añade son cilantro, perejil y un poco de menta. Lo que añade al cuscús antes de añadir todo esto creo que es una cucharada de concentrado de tomate, o tomate triturado. Para aderezar limón y Aceite de oliva. Espero haberte sido de ayuda !
yep , for amateurs of cooking and also cooking tv shows who create new dishs based on original dish , but for Chefs and students in culinary schools things are different because they must know the dishs in international cuisine,but to take a dish and present it as national dish for another country is not appropriate , call whatever u wanna call it , but don t mention it belong to an unknown country as the original of that dish or another.
Oh, well, +Wicks Vicks . I know Pizza is Italian and Couscous is like your national dish. I don't have to check it. All I'm saying is we are in an age wherein we could make a wide variety of dishes from scratch and not just by merely copying the old one. Sometimes we have to get out of the box, get out of our comfort zone, and experiment on something new. After all, many popular dishes have been made from scratch.
