Dear Brendan Meyers, I'm a skinny boy, 15years of age, I get pushed around
often and teased for my weak body, however I believe that I can make a
great change, I am motivated to getting a strong body, however I am not too
affluent, and going to the gym is too hard for me, please I need your help
I don't know were to start or how to begin, Heck I can barely do a pushup
or pullup, please, I need some advise on how to start and what exercise I
should do, I especially need to gain some upper body strength. A reply will
make my day. THANKYOU
Work on knee push ups, once u can do 35 of those go on the normal push-ups, do negative pull-ups and once u can do 15 of those start with normal pull-ups and your on your way

Good vid but you should train your legs as well because if you do ,it will
give you more testosterone and will help you to build more muscle not just
in you legs but also in your upperbody and my other Advice is to NOT heat
your meals in a microwave because it destroys their nutrients
leg will give u more testosterone to help built more muscle ? Bullshit ... its to small portion of testosterone to help build better body ... he should train leg to look better at all not because of testosterone ...
