@m.mciare: That's petty cash for a 10 Phd's students...why even bother with Research if you can't fund adequately? Use that cash to pay for legal services to prosecute MEN abusing Orphaned young Girls...that is my definition of Progress!

very well...other than one= Chairman Abdikadir from Harvard the rest like Kuttuny, Rutto, Kajwang etc. might as well as stayed home for all the difference they making articulating public policies!
