do it about 40 times, and it will be sorta reddish pink. Move your thumb and if it hurts at all, anywhere around ur wrist, it has been sprained.

No it doesn't, if you sprain your wrist or anywhere on your body, it may not hurt as you're doing it but depending not in your pain tolerance, it will either hurt or just bruise.
