Very well explained, great video. This stretch really pinches me in the hip flexors though (before really reaching the intended muscles) so I'm trying to stretch those first. Thanks.

Brillinat they missed out the medius internally rotating though. Only showed the minimus doing that.

Hi I like your video. I run a lot and get a very tight sore ache deep in my bum, feels way over tight. I also drive a lot with work so wonder if the running and driving are causing this muscle to be over tight. Do you think that this is the gluteus minimus thats over tight? thanks Bernie

hi, i find ur videos brilliant! i have found it extremly hard to find stretches for gluteus mimius! i have lower back pain, caused by a weak core! i was wondering if u hads any more stretches for gluteus mimius?

Hi, I did some reps to try this out and had some lower back pain the next day. Is this just soreness, or did I do something wrong? The soreness is closer to the tailbone. Not too sharp a pain.Thanks.
