Bodybuilding and struggling with weak knees seems to be very prevalent, especially the older we get. In this video I give you all my tips and tricks on how to train ...
+Meredith White Great stuff! But always remember...be very diligent. Once serious knees problems and in future it takes just one stupid or silly move to hurt it again. In the end if nothing helps...just go very light. Keep growing!
some good tips i hav huge problem on my left knee. I stil trying to find
out the best to do.
Theres 1 very good to avoid pain on knees ; The reverse Lunge.
Very intelligent solutions. A decade of basketball and a year of improper
weight training has killed my genetically small and weak knees. I will
implement your techniques. Thank you.
Hi Jessica, I'm 51 years old, 60lbs overweight and have not exercised for a
long time...do you think it's wise to do these exercises or should I start
with something more geared to a beginner? Thanks very much for creating
these videos!

Hi just wanted to say a great video! Super way to follow, could really do
the bending forward one on my bad knee (no balance) but it was great
otherwise especially since I want to tone the my bottom and all I keep
getting is do squats and it will get easier the more you do them! Even
though I've been trying for 3 weeks and see no difference other than a
worse knee :/ so a very refreshing video thank you for posting and have
joined your channel! X
Did this one for the first time as an add-on to #FITIN15. I don't know if
it's because it's the last one on the lower body playlist or what, but I
really felt the burn! I will get more steps in, too, because I'm not going
to be able to sit for any length of time for a while ;-)
Leg Extensions are my personal favorite.
I havent experienced any pain in my knees as of now.
But I will have to follow what you said here: control movement.
+JHayler7 There isn't really a direct substitution for a leg extension. If you want more quad volume and can't do leg extensions then just go with any other basic higher rep quad movement like lunges, split squats, step-ups etc.
Yea, for some reason I feel like throwing up after my last rep. Weird huh? But I noticed my strength went up dramatically over time. I guess squats and leg presses has something to do with it? Btw, I appreciate everything you put on your channel. It all makes good sense.
Hey Sean, great video. I feel like I might be one of the people who can't
do Leg Exts without knee pain regardless of my form, but I'm going to
experiment a bit further with form. My question though is: for optimal
knee health, how much RoM (from the bottom) should I set the placement of
the pads at? About 90-degree angle on the knees at the start, or something
like that?
The website //www.FatFeud.com has some other fantastic knee exercises like: 1) Knee Squats 2) Knee Pain Squatting 3) Best Leg Exercises For Bad Knees ...
Jesus guys! Give him a break, he's trying to help people with bad knees
out! The excersizes are not be good for bad knees, but don't give him a
bunch of shit for it. If you have bad knees do NOT use these excersizes but
don't be an asshole!
Do us a favor and remove this video! It is horrible advice and you are
irresponsible for posting it! People don't be stupid and do this exercise
with bad knees! Morons!

Susan: I am so grateful that you have posted something to help with bad
knees. I have difficulty doing HIIT and plyo workouts. Because I do boxing,
jump rope is almost necessary and has also been a problem. I did this
workout before my glute circuit today and did not experience as much
discomfort. I am over twice the age as Beba's friend below, but because I
am predisposed to patellafemoral pain and osteoarthritis that is
hereditary, I took care of it since late teens. Hope this workout helps her
and others as well.
Oh, thank you Susan!!! Finally exercises which don't lead me to tears
because of my knee degeneration problems and I'm only 27... :(... Thanks a
lot :* :)
