+Charlie's Angels I wound up using about half of that giant ball of yarn for my unicorn. And then about half a skein of that pretty, smaller sparkly yarn for her hair. I think those giant skeins are roughly 360g, so to be safe, I'd say I used close to 225g :)

+tracy robertson Hi Tracy! I think you can get away with a size 6.00mm, 6.5mm or 7.00 and slightly smaller yarn, and it should work out just fine :)

+Shandie Hender Hi Shandie, it's funny you ask because someone else asked if the unicorn could be made on a loom with bands, but as this is a crochet tutorial, I have no idea where one would start to make something like this with bands.  It's also worth noting that this unicorn stands nearly a foot tall at her head!  That would be quite an accomplishment with bands :)

+allis b Hi, you can pause the video as needed. I go a bit faster because a lot of my subscribers have already done a lot of my videos or are familiar with loomigurumi, so I mention in my newer videos to please pause as needed. If I take too long, the videos will take way too long to complete :)

+Molly Harrison I had a large, 1 pound skein of the super bulky yarn that I used for the Unicorn (didn't use it all), and just scraps for his hooves. You might need a 150 skein (size 3) for both the mane and the tail if you want it to be all the same colour :)

The whole patter. Is super cute, along with all the other things made in the background :) I only came for the mane part as the pattern I used for the unicorn was confusing on the mane, I love the ringlets better anyways! Thanks Jada! Going to see what other patterns you have.
