I work about 80 hours a week and I do not do consulting, but if you post a
clear question and I have an answer in my mind within 10 seconds (if the
question is clear I can usually do that), then I can usually point you to a
helpful video. If you wnat to learn excel from beginning to end, watch my
Excel Basics playlist and then the Highline Excel Class Playlist.
thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, and dedicated your precious
time to help all of us. I am planning to go over all your videos. I would
like to improve my financial modeling skills as well, do you have any good
books to recommend and anywhere i could have some free couses like yours?

Hi, So I don't know if you can help me with this but I was wondering if you
know an easier way like importing of copy/paste financial statement from
SEC website to excel. I heard there's like an interactive data thing but
doesn't even know how to find it. You would be a life saver if you could
help me find an easier way of inputting balance sheet and income statement
into excel without manually type them in.
You might be able to do a Web Query. But some web sites don't allow that.
However, I just looked at the SEC site, and if you sign up, they offer free
Excel downloads!! They even have a free trial on the page I looked at. This
video title shows how to do a web query: Excel Magic Trick #104: National
Debt Web Query
Thanks for the wonderful video again, God bless you sir. I have a query -
is there any shortcut for going to the name box, what is it(if it's there),
if not - then is there any other alternative then going to the name box
manually?
Instead of the name box, use Go To. The keyboard shortcut for that is: F5
Then just type your cell reference. Keyboard for Name Manager (Defined
Name) dialog box = Ctrl + F3 Keyboard for pasting Name = F3
