+NamiBurger hmm interesting way to see things. I sense this occasionally and it seems one of the simpler issues to fix. Rationally, for example, it is a simple human thing -- those who matter don't mind, and those who mind don't matter. So what you have to say is important and should flow freely or simply, it does not matter. No need to feel that way. All people have this fear and those who don't, who cares. You seem to be approaching it physically -- like, let's just loosen this area up overall. Just my outward understanding of course.

You're expressing yourself, and the essence of the throat chakra is after-all the ability to express yourself with clarity, and control the way you express it. dwelling on past is sure fire way too make urself feel poorly learn too let go and concentrate more on yourself than about other people and they are thinking this is how u move on in life:)

Also another good thing too do is put salt in each corners of room this helps get rid of negative energy mk shore change salt once a month:)

+checkeraka47Such great advice.  I too have been suffering from throat blockage.  It's ceased to exist most of the time..until a stressful situation occurs, and I almost feel as if there's so much energy coming from one person, that is very intense - maybe angry or passionate towards another - especially if I know (as of lately, ex boyfriend problems..) I feel the left side.  Always the left side gets blocked.  And I thank God every day for my entire life and challenges, and the fact that I used to have this 24/7 from about last March until August - was miserable in my job and my relationship felt empty.  I stopped talking almost completely and thought I was going crazy.  I am now moved out on my own again, recently free of that unhealthy relationship, and am unemployed/scraping by but because I left behind a bad job and temporarily had one that was pretty fulfilling money wise but not fully stimulating my...my heart I suppose.  So I am here, job searching...and loving life.   But will still keep in touch with my ex to help them vent and go through the motions of what happened/experience it...you've got to let the pain in and let yourself surrender to your Higher Power,- thats the only way to go through it and feel like you are growing/ascending...sorry for this novel, haha..but my throat blockage has really gone down dramatically, and I know as of recently why and where it kicks in.  Like a center of stress to go too, when no stressing is ever necessary in life.  I'm personally trying to get through that now...andI love your advice:  "you NEED to speak from your heart, or don't speak at all."  How much clarity I just got from reading it has already relaxed me.  And "Even if that means offending someone a little."  That's my biggest obstacle right now...worrying too much about others feelings about everything and anything that I don't focus on my own soul enough and treasure it.  Again, I have no idea where this huge comment just came from but I had to share.  Love and blessings.  HC

Well I'm assuming he has already cleared out his other chakras, and is moving on to the throat chakra. But regaurdless, any chakra can be opened any time.. Starting from the bottom and working your way up is just the easiest way to work at it. The more chakras you can clear out and cleanse the better, regardless of where you start cleansing. 

Just so ur aware don't go straight too heart or throat chakra if ur experience pain there people think when they get a headache go too brow chakra but its root chakra that needs be unblocked first always start from root and work up dont go hoping one too the other as this can mk u I'll as I found out

I was in exactly your same boat, the first time I'd opened my throat chakra I was in my room praying to god for self control, the ability not to give in to lust and indulgence; after I asked that I saw in my minds eye this bright blue wave coming right at me really fast out of nowhere; and all of a sudden I felt this intensely wonderful energy in my throat. I felt so open! I just let out a huge smile just because of how beautiful I felt in my throat.But ultimately the energy in my throat chakra was all coming from the energy in my heart chakra. So what I would suggest to you is to first open the heart chakra, and while you are charging it and experiencing that blissful sensation, try guiding that flow up into the throat chakra. Afterall, an open throat chakra is the ability to speak and express yourself directly from the heart space. I also recommend that as well when your speaking with others, you NEED to speak from your heart, or don't speak at all. If you are not expressing yourself exactly as your heart feels about it, then your gonna get stumped. Even if that means offending someone a little.
