my apology but if u work in usa u r suppose to afford ur plane fair, I worked with lots of chefs who are from usa n they r doing well here also planning to move to aus cause now in uk they pay £(6-8)/hrs but in aus the pay £22/hrs minimum.

It's totally up to you but adding a layer on butter is done quite a lot in the UK. It makes the bread a bit more moist rather than being dry and adds a nice butteriness to your sandwich.

Did you not watch this before uploading? There's nothing wrong with the actually sandwich or how you made it but fuck man, move the camera back an inch or two, there's even moments where we're looking at nothing but a table and/or the side of a bowl for 10 - 15 seconds straight where you're not even saying anything. You don't need to be a professional to edit out unnecessary nonsense or to know not to have the camera so fucking close to everything.

I'm sorry to say but the cam was way too close. but I appreciate your effort :) in my country we use butter instead of mayo and we blend the eggs to a smooth paste adding salt & pepper. I'm gonna try it this way. thanks

well in the description you said the biggest mistake is that people add to much mayonnaise, but the biggest mistake you made was not adding mustard.

+Simrock Kaur There is enough grease on the scrambled egg so butter is not necessary, but it is up to you.

I do the same when I fry eggs for a sandwich, spread the yolk around. Saves yolk running down your shirt. You could also put one slice of bread directly on the top, whilst the egg is still in the pan, so it sticks to it.
