Lucid Events Log 16- Prolonging Lucidity in the Dream
As my lucid experiences become increasingly more regular certain details and points of interest are standing out. In this video I share ideas related to prolonging ...
@inappropriategiggle I understand. The Energies working with me often use
strong emotion as a tool to help bring me lucid, but it is a fine line- not
strong enough and I may slowly downspiral, too strong and I can shoot all
the way out, back into my bed. At least now when this happens I have an
understanding of what is going on in there, happily diving back in to catch
the next wave.
Thank you for sharing again Casey, the part at the end about being aware
of yourself in the nonphysical dream and also in a totally new unlocated
possibly soul level beyond that...is really getting me curious - maybe it

I want to know where the place is i went to, there were lots of doors that
I could go through, there was a pure blue white glow on the other side but
I was too afraid to go through in case I died. All I know is the area was
brilliantly lit and spherical, and was covered in smooth silver metal.
@elm1230 You're welcome, Elm, hope there's bits in here that can be
helpful. I know what you mean about the work that goes into bringing us
lucid, at times there can be a detail or two that leaves me rolling for
days.
Really good info Casey! thank you for sharing. There are times when I'm
dreaming and I think my guides try and get me to realise that I'm
dreaming. It's quite funny some of the things they do.
Bought a silene capensis dream tincture and it only made the dreams a bit
more vivid, and yeah: it's a hell to fall asleep, sometimes i couldn't even
sleep -.- the effect on the dreams could be placebo....
I have had 1 lucid dream in my life, i believe i was about 9 or so and i
demanded ice cream, every time i turned around a new tub would appear. Then
i realized i could do whatever i wanted. I then wanted the ability to fly,
and did. Sadly it all ended once i landed and i woke up. That was one of
the greatest experiences of my life.
