After watching both the 12-Week Hardcore Daily Trainer and 12-Week
Muscle-Building Trainer I have certain confusions that I would like to get
cleared off before I start your awesome inspiring program.
1)When should I take my Vitargo? After my weight training i.e BEFORE I do
my cardio ?
or AFTER I do my cardio ??
2)In the 12-Week Hardcore Daily Trainer I cannot understand how many times
do I do my cardio on a REST DAY.
Do i do it TWICE a day......Once in the morning after I have my breakfast
and once at night ????
Or just ONCE a day after I have my my breakfast with NO cardio in the
evening ???

+aditya goyal Have you seen better results in my physicque from 2003-2010 or better from 2011-2015? Exactly!! Do NOT have carbs post workout of you are able to take REKAGED - you will get MUCH better results. Your liver will store plenty of carbs to take you though you workout and you should eat your solid meal with carbs around 60/90 mins after your workout. Believe me, the way I train, I need more carbs than the average trainee.
Well, obviously at Kris's current level it may be completely unnecessary to take carbs post workout, but it sure as well feels good to have your carbs in there or else your just so spent out after his workouts. Also, he did attain the results on the post carbs, so whatever time frame it was shot in, the results are still attainable. I'm sorry if it's offensive, but I am currently doing this program and it's working out with the carbs after the post workout.

Hey Sean, Here is what I have observed. If you a CONSISTENT with diet and
exercise you will "realize your genetics" (My words) meaning if you have
skinny calves and you have really worked them consistently then it should
be realized you are not going to get bigger calves, period! The same is
true with other body parts. Tell me if you disagree in some detail if you
have the time.
+Michael L What i was saying, for example calves, my calves like most people i know have weaker calves I have tried many ways to make them grow from Sean's way to Mike O'hearn's way, etc. Using Sean's way to grow calves is NOT working, period. I have been working out just over 3 years and my upper body is very muscular my lower body is muscular but needs to be bigger to match upper body. Since I have worked out and I think correctly for years with proper nutrition, my legs are as big as they will get, Sean's way or any way. I guess I misunderstood Sean< I thought he meant you can still grow over time. Genetics determines your size, and shape of muscle. I am assuming that I have gotten to my genetic potential so i can't grow anymore or at least not significant growth. I have seen people do poor reps mechanically and still get great results, why? genetics. Hopefully I explained better this time.
+2335467 Honestly, I think you just mis-worded your question and it sounded like you were asking something that you weren't. It SOUNDED like you were saying "As long as you are consistent with working out and nutrition, you will achieve your potential, so if you've been working out consistently for a really long time and you aren't making gains, then that must mean you're already at your potential and you'll never get bigger." It sounded like you were saying it doesn't matter HOW you exercise - as long as you're consistent and you work out for a really long time, you'll achieve your potential. Which is,of course, untrue. You can't just do pushups everyday, extremely consistently, and expect to achieve your genetic potential in terms of pec development, because pushups aren't the right exercise for that. That will only happen if you are doing everything right - exercise selection, form, volume, etc (so heavy bench pressing, proper volume, recovery, etc.). So Sean's response was spot on - it doesn't really matter how consistently and for how long you've worked out if you're working out incorrectly for your goals. And when he said that, you said you disagreed with him somehow, which seems odd because it's just factually true.... I think what you were actually asking was, "Once you have already achieved your potential, then you won't continue to see results, no matter how much work you do." If you meant that you can't continue to make gains no matter how hard you work once you've achieved your natural muscular potential, then of course everyone would agree with you. That's what potential MEANS, by definition. It means it's the best you can be.
+Sean Nalewanyj Thanks for answering back. I have to disagree with you. I think when you have reached your GP (genetic potential) you stop to grow no matter how you work out. I also think if you have the genes you can work out poorly and still make great gains. Will Brink says that a person who works out consistently will get the best results from 3 to 5 years, after that any other gains are minor. I have seen some fitness model contests on youtube and some of them look top heavy with thinner legs that are muscular but not big enough to balance out their body. Sean you have been working out for many years do you think you can add 1 more inch of lean muscle on your arm? Your body at one point hits the wall and stops growing. many people who start out think they will be like Arnold Schwarzenegger if they work out but the dirty secret is that your genetics control growth, and shape of muscle that's why many people who i know at the gym who watch their diet use creatine, etc don't look like they even work out. I am trying someting new for my calves from Mike O'Hearn's advice now and am hoping for one quarter inch a month but truthfully I don't think i will gain anything considering I have been working consistently for over 3 years, but I will it give it a try for the next four months to see. I'll let you know my results.
+2335467 Well, it totally depends on how you work them and if you're using the proper exercise selection, form, volume, intensity etc. If you're working out consistently but aren't applying the right techniques then you have no way of knowing what your potential is.

fat will get stored and u will get higher body fat, if u are in a caloric
deficit that wont happen. Some people are on Ketocenic diet and eat like

I was looking for the sensitive person who is over 10% body fat and got
butt hurt. I was not disappointed. --- When you are over 10% you are not
unhealthy, but from a FITNESS stand point that's when you have fat to get
rid off. Do you not get it? I'll repeated, from a FITNESS stand point, when
you are over 10% and you can't see your abs, that means you have fat in

I'm not considering you overweight when you're over 10%, you're body just
isn't as good at nutrient partitioning (shuttling nutrients into your
muscle rather than your fat cells) when you're over 10% bodyfat. You can
still build muscle when you're over 10% bodyfat, just not as quickly as
someone with 10% bodyfat or less.
Great information...not sure I'd call someone 10% bf fat though...I'd say
15% and higher but 10-12 is optimal isn't it? 10% is probably fat for a
fitness model or bodybuilder but compared to national averages that's
considered lean. I'm 10% and cutting to 8% this next few weeks keep up the

I eat eggs everyday and I am fine. Moderation is key. Eggs contain good
cholesterol and is fine to eat them everyday in moderation. I believe this
is the reason why a lot of athletes eat like 2-3 whole eggs and the X
amount of egg whites. To get the daily benefits of the yolk, but not over
do it.
Vince there is a difference between cholesterol being bad for you and
having simply too much cholesterol. And as a reaction to the other guy, the
cholesterol you directly take in from your food is extremely little
compared to the amount found in your body and what is made by yourself.

My estimated body fat is 14-16%
Currently I'm doing a "dirty bulk" and just eating what I want,
(hotpockets, cereal, frozen pizza, that sort of stuff) to get to my 3,900
calorie goal (Online BMR+ activity level of x1.9) and i get at least 150
grams of protein a day and it seems like I am definitely building muscle
but its also accompanied by some body fat. I have tried the keto diet a few
months ago and enjoyed the rapid fat loss, but it seemed that to gain any
muscle on that diet would be near impossible as my energy, and muscular
strength & endurancd were greatly reduced. Any suggestions as to what I
should do to lean down (even if it is gradual) while still building muscle?
Should I try the keto diet again and just deal with a crappy time in the
gym until keto adaption, like would I be able to build muscle from there or
