+quad king I bet most people could complain about how little we get paid including myself I work for minimum wage in a warehouse doing physical labour every second of the day (free chocolate mind you). Its a cop out you saying 'well everyone should get paid more' when that would just lead to inflation wouldn't it if nothing more is being produced in the economy. The only reason you guys get so much is because you have the only job in the country I can think of where you have millions of people by the balls and so can take liberties. A decent living you say, you're getting paid more than you should be and its the rest of us who have to subsidise you.

quad king i agree.... But i have had the same job in the same place for 28 years looking after people with learning difficulties. over the last 2 years my wages have gone down £2.500 . i cant go on strike who will look after  the the people i support my basic is 14,500  underground staff ARE GREEDY BA..AR,,
