Yes, he is. Since ATV changed their name to CTV Atlantic, he's now the Director of News and Public Affairs. You never see him on camera now.

Well, this 3D logo is actually from 2005, but before 2005 when CTV Atlantic was called ATV, they had a similar logo that dates back to 1997!
