I'm continuing this Healthy Eats series by showing you my go-to breakfast, a delicious, filling, & healthy combination opt yogurt, cereal, & berries. If you're ...
@myhousewifelife In nature fructose tends to appears in low amounts, but
when you isolate fructose or eat something like agave it becomes very
adverse. Every cell in your body utilizes glucose(sugar). Therefore it is
"burned up" after you consume it. With fructose 100% of the metabolic
burden rests on your liver because your muscles cant utilize it. Fructose
leaves the liver as fat and fat does not raise insulin levels. hurray. skip
the agave. google more about fructose. Stevia is really great.
i am soooo happy i found your channel!!! i love the recipe videos!! i am
really glad when i find people eating raw,fit and healthy food!!! people
that dont eat that way always judge the healthier eaters! i find it soooo
annoying!! they eat crap and judge my healthy eating! anyways, btw im greek
and the yogurt brand is pronounced ikos, like eeekos :P just to inform you!
lol keep up the videos! xx
this is almost what i eat for breakfast...i do the plain greek yogurt, a
little truvia mixed in, then a small handful of plain almonds, then lastly
organic berries...this week it's blueberries....the protein is awesome and
i stay full nearly til dinner time...i hope you do more healthy food
videos...i just discovered you today and i've enjoyed your vids so far...
:)
just curious, how are you able to get through the morning on less than 300
calories? I probably am around the same height and weight as you, and I
always need to eat 500+ calories for breakfast or I get really hungry
within a couple of hours. this looks really good though. I really want to
try that sprouted cereal. I have a thing for super whole grain products :P
Also found in the same article. "Until recently, nobody bothered to look at
natural chemicals (such as organic pesticides), because it was assumed that
they posed little risk. But when the studies were done, the results were
somewhat shocking: you find that about half of the natural chemicals
studied are carcinogenic as well."
Agave might be low-glycemic but it's pure fructose(~70%), therefore it's
about the worst sweetener you can find. Eating much fructose, your body
will shift in state of insulin resistance, your sugar metabolism will
decrease etc. Most of fructose gets stored as body fat. Simple white sugar
would be better, I'm not joking.
Did you know your cereal brand is a chapter in the Bible of you were
interested Ezekiel chapter 4: verse 9 says"Now take some wheat, barley,
beans, peas, millet and spelt. Mix them all together and make bread. That
is what you are to eat during the 390 days you are lying on your left side"

Hi Jen, I really enjoy your videos; sometimes I re-watch some of them for
inspiration. I also love cereals to put in my plain yogurt; I like to add
cinnamon or honey or chocolate chips for sweetness. You made me realize
that I eat very healthy...Keep on posting, can't wait! xxx
That's not true. "Contrary to what most people believe, "organic" does not
automatically mean "pesticide-free" or "chemical-free". In fact, under the
laws of most states, organic farmers are allowed to use a wide variety of
chemical sprays and powders on their crops."
A good breakfast for me that's got a mild amount of protein, and some good
complex carbs, is plain oatmeal, just a serving, and a good squirt of agave
nectar. That's it! It tastes similar to cinnamon roll instant stuff, just
much healthier and you know what's in it. =]
Do you and Don eat the same meals? This looks like a yummy and healthy
breakfast but I imagine its more of a Jen breakfast than Don type of
breakfast. I ask because I highly doubt my husband would have this as his
daily breakfast!
I have the natural yoghurt or greek yoghurt and fruit for breakfast every
day, I never thought off adding the cereal. I will definately have to try
that. I must find out if Quinoa could be used (ie cook it and let it cool).
@bams3r From Wikipedia - "Agave nectar's glycemic index and glycemic load
are comparable to fructose, which in turn has a much lower glycemic index
and glycemic load than table sugar (sucrose)."

Just because it's called "organic" doesn't really mean it's better for you.
Organic foods still use pesticides. Not all chemicals are bad for you.
However, I do enjoy watching your videos.
Looks delicious! I love Greek yogurt, but have never thought to mix it
w/Agave. The cereal looks great also - I love Ezekiel bread so I might have
to check that out =)
HEY! Where oh where did you get the mug tree??? I have been looking
everywhere trying to find one to put my Christmas mugs on. Nobody carries
them anymore. Thanks!
After seeing your video,I had hubby pick up some greek yogurt to try!! Wow
its so delicious, thick and creamy! I can't wait to try it tomorrow with

They conveniently leave out the 'cook it atop human dung' part? Although
Ezekiel beseech e's the Lord and the Lord allows him to cook upon 'cow
dung' instead.
Ezekiel is my boys name... so named after the Prophet.
Great O.L .. exciting to see the Lord moving so many of us into 'active
duty'.
Your son's name is Ezekiel? wow I love it. The Lord has me reading that book over and over again. Now one page at a time. I know that it will soon come together but for now as far as that Book is concerned I am still learning
Yes sister they leave that part out all together. I don't know if it is an inside joke within the illumined ones minds. I do know that it shows how we need the grace of God with us when we eat food without really realizing it. In the United States we have placed our trust in the FDA and this is what we get as a result. I am going to say that The Lord made it very clear to me that eating pork is directly involved with one acquiring type two diabetes. When I stopped eating it he made sure to pull me off of it slowly. I didn't just quit alltogether. and it should never be an obsessive way to think. Oh i CANNOT eat this.Than it will start working against us.
Autumn wheat, Cinnamon Harvest. Where is the Spring Tares? Lol..

If it's not rainbow colored, chocolate flavored, or coated in sugar, I
don't want it.
JK...kinda. Generally I do like kids cereals better but Honey Bunches of
Oats are also good with fruit. :)
//www.ttfatloss.com Check out this video to discover high protein vegetarian and vegan foods. You'll be surprised by how much protein is in a lot of "so called ...
Been vegan for over 3 years and easiest way to build muscle and stay lean!
This question is asked by the naive, uneducated people who have never
bothered to research the actual topic. A Diet For a Small Planet author
Frances Moore Lappe first said that plant based protein is not a complete
protein in 1971, but a few decades later she went back on her words and
said that she was wrong and that vegans get more than enough protein.
