Italian cuisine is by far the best deal between taste and health, but since I don't really care about eating healthy, I prefer the tastier dishes from the other two countries. Why do you bother cutting it?! You don't need any tools to eat a lobster if you do it the right way. You can crack the tail by cupping it in your palms with the shell on top and just squeezing it. After that, just flip it over and pull it apart, and you get the same effect and meat in like, a 3rd of the time it takes to cut it.

what about the small legs? The legs are the best meat in the whole lobster. It seems this is more a video for restaurants wanting to make pretty dishes than really one about breaking down a whole lobster for the average person to enjoy. @beansworlds Mu apologies to break your Buble, but Lobster is not eaten and/or cooked in NH. Break the shell, not the meat. Where if not in the whole piece when you can really delight indulge yourself with the texture? I'd break the meat if making lobster salad, then it wouldn;t matter.

i heard it taste good steam grilled, wrap it in tin foil, put it on the grill for about 20 minutes, then crack it open, sautay in a light butter sauce, then serve it up with a cob of corn and some mash potatoes and gravy. delicious.

You know what, lobster is outstanding no matter how you cook it. Wether it be grilled, broiled, baked, it doesn't matter. Lobster is one of my favorite things to eat, but I don't get it often so I savor it when I do. Yummmm!
