I'm pregnant with number 2 and this is my life right now, baby wants me to
eat nothing BUT red meat cause everything else makes me nauseaus. Lol when
I found this clip I was like "OMG, Friends gets it!"
+Kelaiah01 Vitamin D in fish and all, brain food, without meat we wouldn't have gotten where we are.How do you cook your meat raw? xDSounds like a cool invention, backwards cooker.
+Kabegami The Great Well, I don't believe we ever cooked our meat raw, but whatever. Although I will agree, yes, humans are omnivores. We need both meat and veggies (to varying degrees, depending on each individual). :)
+Kelaiah01 I was just saying a normal human is omnivorous, so are chimps. People with mandatory vegetarian or mandatory meat eaters have a condition rather than a specific race, doesn't make our species any more carnivorous or vegetarian.''Real omnivores don't cook their food'' We used to eat it raw, now we cook it and I guess our immune system is now weak. Not quoting you btw, just some weird argument I heard long ago.
+Kabegami The Great lol no I'm able to get away with things like roast beef deli meat, corn beef, steakums, and at least once a week I have to have a big juicy steak to kinda spike myself. But it's mostly deli meat I'm eating so I don't eat my family out of house and home lol
+Kelly Hardy ohh, same here. I would eat red meat much more often but I don't have the money. It must be expensive. Or do you settle with pork? Lots of bacon?
+Kabegami The Great I'm actually not a vegetarian, I just usually eat very lean meat such as chicken, turkey, or fish and only eat red meat a few times a month. That's why this was so funny because I need red meat at least 3 times a day
+Kelly Hardy and Vegetarians say we don't need meat. I'd say at least eat meat to make your baby healthy, then when its born you can introduce it to a vegetarian lifestyle, which is probably had in mind 3 months ago.
+A. Mar lol yes, I've been eating red meat 2 times a day since discovering it's the only thing my daughter will let me eat without being sick :P Phoebe's right, being pregnant is no piece of cake! Lol now thanks to me a few hundred more cows are going to their deaths and being thrown on a grill XD

We harvest our own meat, mostly venison. We process and cure it ourselves
using celery as it has one of the highest counts of natural nitrates. Most
commercially processed meats add propylene glycol which is just a byproduct
of gasoline. I don't think its bad to eat meats, if you can manage to raise
and process your own without all the chemicals they use today commercially.
+Zachary Bauer (New2Torah) animal proteins have been shown to turn on cancer growth. Not to mention its not a great thing for your stomach/colon/kidneys to digest. Just because venison might be healthier than processed meat, doesnt make it a health food. Plant foods are always better. Oh and what's with saying "harvest?" Sounds like you're too afraid to admit that you kill them?

During my last pregnancy I was actually advised to have a small glass of
red wine every other day, it was far less harmful than taking heart
medication and I have CHF. My daughter was perfectly fine, but I don't
heartily recommend this to all mothers
