Eating every 3 1/2 hrs ages you rapidly.
The human body is designed to eat once or twice a day.
Americans eat too much as it is.
The first thing an animal does when it's sick is not eat. If you observe
them closely. The animal will eat only grass and herbs until the sickness
passes.
The problem is that. So called scientist have convinced people that they
can eat like a lion, near or a tiger.
When was the last time you cleaned your blood?
I am an athletic type and eat about once or twice daily.
My libido is sky high and I'm not sluggish in the afternoons.
I don't believe in calories.
I hit the weights hard, get a lot of sleep and eat really big. Never eat
after 7 pm unless your going to do something active.
Our bodies have a circadian rhythm. Why doesn't western nutritionist talk
about this?
Our bodies are wonderful.
You just haven't been taught this.
You can heal your body from any disease including aids.
Never take man made synthetic drugs and stop eating like a cow.
The body( temple) will do the rest.
People cure themselves from aids and HIV all the time. The medication is
what kills you and the goof ball Prussian educated so called doctors, are
baffled. They usually give opinions because they have no idea how people
heal themselves naturally. Fasting is spiritual. Our bodies are temples and
not the church or mosque( hint, hint).

It's the comfort foods that have americans obese and sick.

Hey, bro no disrespect.You look good but you need more muscle..you should
try what your friend said. Eat every 5-6 meals a day spaced out cause the
body will only digest so much protien and the rest is pissed and pooped
out. Each meal should consist of 30- 40g of protien, no more then
60g..Depending on your body weight. 1 to 1.5g of protien per pound..So if
your lighter weight, then a meal could consist of only 30g protien. Also
dont forget about the other macro's
That is not true for everyone. I have to eat every 2 to 3 hours or my body
will think i am starving myself. I tried only eating 3 healthy meals a day
and did not lose a lb. I would excerise everyday, three hours a day and did
not lose a lb. But when i eat every 2 to 3 hours with excerising, my weight
drop rapidly.
if you boys will need to get ripped a lot faster without spending a single
another minute in the gym, then you must keep an eye on this video tutorial

Pretty self-explanatory title. Some people are crazy about eating several small meals daily to "keep their metabolism high" or something equally as asinine.
