+amir salam well than why so many scholars differ? You have to always study on your own to see which scholar is correct and according to Quran, and who contradicts it. It is not about disrespecting but your perception and assumptions.

+amir salam We should not believe anything that contradicts Quran, let me show you how these stories contradict Quran, first these are just stories, we don't even know the authenticity of these books but we know Quran is 100% authentic and word of Allah. Plus the Quran tells much different about the jinnkind, although it says there are some pious jinns but Quran is clear that "MOST of the jinn are LIARS and they TRICK you" .... this verse makes me think that if we can't trust a stranger human, how we trust a jinn because Quran says "MOST" emphasis on MOST are liars and treacherous, I know not all of them are but treacherous Jinn will obviously make you trust them that they are pious and are to help you while actually they are workers of Iblees; that's why Quran tells humans to not trust Jinnkind.• They [jinn] descend upon every sinful liar. They pass on what is heard, and MOST of them are liars. [Quran 26:221-223]• And there were men from mankind who sought refuge in men from the jinn, so they [only] increased them in sin. [Quran 72:6]Quran is the biggest evidence, when we can't trust a human, how can we trust a jinn whom Quran says that Most of them are liars and trick humans to do sin.No book, no sheikh has better understanding of the Jinn world than Allah Himself who is the Creator and He Himself is warning us to not trust the Jinnkind. 

+amir salam i know what you are saying, but my question is like all humans can not be trusted, every human says they are pious while they are not, you will never find a human that will say "i am not pious", same goes for jinnkind, we can't even see them with our direct sight, we can only feel their presence, then how can we trust the jinn when he says "i am pious or Muslim". Not all muslims are pious or good and not everyone who calls himself pious is actually pious. How can you trust him?And there is difference between asking for help to some fellow who is infront of him and difference in asking for help who is in "ghayab". Like it is duty of Hazrat Mikael a.s to shower rain on us, but we can't ask Mikael a.s for rain (because he is ghayab), so we ask Allah. There is no harm in asking a doctor because he is present infront of you. The difference lies in asking for help in "ghayab".And for heaven's sake, i didn't even mention any sect, i hate it when people start discussing sects like I am sunni, you are shia, they are wahabbi, that are naqshbandi etc etc so on and so forth. And there is a reason for me to hate this, because division into sects is the basic dilemma of our religion today. Today we are behind christians only because we have too much hate within ourselves.Let's see what quran says, Surat Al-'An`am [6:159] Indeed, those who have divided their religion and become sects - you, [O Muhammad], are not [associated] with them in anything. Their affair is only [left] to Allah ; then He will inform them about what they used to do.So stop calling eachother with names of sects, if you are proud of being a Muslim, then say it you are a Muslim, don't say i am brelvi/deobandi/shia/wahabi because then according to the above mentioned verse, the prophet (s) has nothing to do with the person who is proud of his sect.Surat 'Ali `Imran [3:105] And be not as those who divided and differed among themselves after the clear proofs had come to them. It is they for whom there is an awful torment.There is no point in playing blame games. We are are all Muslims, we should be One, Quran is as simple and clear on this matter as that!

You didn't understand his message at all! It might be that your english is a lil bit poor. No offense! Jinn can actually help human beings, but we are not allowed to seek their help. Because the way to invoke them is going through "Sihr" and obviously it is haram.

I am asking because my lots of gold is stolen, i am confused if jinnkind (the pious only) can be asked for help or not? Most scholars answer that I know there are pious jinn but how can we know for sure the unseen jinn we are talking to is actually pious or kafir?

I agree with you indeed the shuhadaa are not dead since allah swt states it in the quran but does that give us the right to call on them for help? first of all allah swt says in the quran surah zumar ayah 30 "verily You will die, and verily they too will die".. you can look at the tafsir ibn kathir if you would like to make sure akhi. also there is another ayah in surah al imran which will be stated in the hadith to come al imran ayah 144..also this is these are the very ayah abu bakr r.a said in his speech the day that rasullallah saws departed this duniya. do you remember the speech? narrated by imam bukhari book 5 volume number 57 hadith number 19: Narrated 'Aisha r.a:(the wife of the Prophet) Allah's Apostle died while Abu Bakr was at a place called As-Sunah (Al-'Aliya) 'Umar stood up and said, "By Allah! Allah's Apostle is not dead!" 'Umar (later on) said, "By Allah! Nothing occurred to my mind except that." He said, "Verily! Allah will resurrect him and he will cut the hands and legs of some men." Then Abu Bakr came and uncovered the face of Allah's Apostle, kissed him and said, "Let my mother and father be sacrificed for you, (O Allah's Apostle), you are good in life and in death. By Allah in Whose Hands my life is, Allah will never make you taste death twice." Then he went out and said, "O oath-taker! Don't be hasty." When Abu Bakr spoke, 'Umar sat down. Abu Bakr praised and glorified Allah and said, No doubt! Whoever worshipped Muhammad, then Muhammad is dead, but whoever worshipped Allah, then Allah is Alive and shall never die." Then he recited Allah's Statement.:-- "(O Muhammad) Verily you will die, and they also will die." (39.30) He also recited:--"Muhammad (saws) is no more than an Apostle; and indeed many Apostles have passed away, before him, If he(saws) dies Or is killed, will you then Turn back on your heels? And he who turns back On his heels, not the least Harm will he do to Allah And Allah will give reward to those Who are grateful." (3.144)so going back to what you said, you stated mufti menk has iblissi like qaulities because he stated something that was stated by the sahaba r.a. and also stated by allah swt.. we ask allah swt for protection and a better understanding, ameen.
