Guys, easiest way to do this is to deploy Pequod at the pick up point and then hide in the house near where he fultoned the first tank. The column will get distracted and shoot at peqoud (ineffectually) and stop. Easy fultons, no RNG, and they won't even know you're there. No traces S rank :D

Just want to echo the point that you HAVE to use the balloon Fulton for this mission, not the wormhole. Using the balloon is what prevents the truck and second tank from going forward, because the first tank is hanging in front of them. I tried with the wormhole about 10 times with no luck, but got it on the first try with the balloon.

+REALKalikokyle You can edit your loadout while you're in the ACC by going to Development on your iDroid, then going to the page with the Fulton systems and just selecting the balloon version (setting it to "On"). Oddly, the wormhole version will still say "Equipped" after you do that, but as long as the regular ballon is "On" it should give you that. Worked for me.

I'm thinking this doesn't work anymore. Every time I try it, I get the first tank with no problem, the truck is USUALLY still sitting for me to Fulton it, but then the last tank just hits the gas.
