The Homelite 2100 Watter Quiet Tailgate Inverter Generator is light weight, quiet and is very mobile. If you need to have power and you are not able to get it, then ...
Nice review. I been watching some reviews on these and I want to get one
for the back yard so I don't have to run a long cord around. Also would
like to have this for camping.
+WorkshopAddict I believe this is the same inverter as the Westinghouse inverter wh2000iXLT. Not sure who ripped of who or if they both just rebranded it but they appear to be almost identical except minor cosmetic changes. //www.westpropower.com/inverter_info.iml?id=1
+WorkshopAddict, thanks for replying. Im waiting to buy one of these small units to power an ac unit in my semi truck so i dont have to idle my engine when im just sitting at a truck stop. At the moment im leaning towards a hyundai hy2000. Only problem is it only runs 5.5 hours on a full tank. Getting up to refill at 3am is not convenient. So my search continues
+93foxwcube No I would not. I haven't formally tested a Honda, but knowing their reputation in the generator industry, I would have to say no. The cost of a Honda over one of these is a huge difference too.
@angrymechanic you are a cretin. Dave has a great deal of experience and in
later videos he proves this. he also DID give justification for "raging"
against maxim - you can never buy their stuff in volume which is a pretty
good reason. as for his face being in the shot - so fucking what?! you
obviously haven't seen his later videos where he has a better camera,
bigger space and more room to get things in shot. why don't you do your own
channel and then you can see what it's like having some prick talking shit
about what you do.
Yeah.. I'm a beginner and have absolutely no clue... BORING! Keep your
opinions to yourself as obviously noboby cares for it. I just enjoy a
little jester entertainment, while being busy in the bathroom ;) Another
suggestion: Start your own channel on EE, make it better, and leave it to
the appropriate audience to decide. If you'll make in anywhere as good as
here, I'll watch! But I'm pretty sure you will resort in just nagging about
the others actually doing stuff. There is no medal for that!
:-D! Out of your mouth I consider that a compliment... And no, I'm not that
guy on the vid. I just know that he has loads of experience and if he says
something on that topic, there is something to it. Even if you had reason
to disagree, you could not have picked a more idiotic way to express that.
Thus you have just disqualified yourself! I'm pretty sure, your comment
will be rightly ignored by most of the people, which I should have done,
too. Don't like it? leave it! Nobody likes trolls...
One thing to watch out for on this function generator is that it loses its
settings after you power it off. For instance, if you enable the 20dB
attenuation, turn the function generator off and then power it on again,
it's back on without the 20dB attenuation. I destroyed a pretty expensive
ADC because of this fault. I don't like this function generator.
By the way, i am learning englisch by watching your videos too. You are
easy to understand and if i even wasnt interested in electronics, you make
a really good show of teaching people a lot of serious stuff :)
Trust FLUKE brand. Yes you pay a LOT more, but its worth your live when
dealing with high voltages or currents and harsh environments. My just keep
on going.
I will never trust anything but a FLUKE.
@ashtymen Hey man it takes kids like that to make a difference for idiots
like you. One day you might be paying this boy for the use of his power.
How old are you? you sound like your 2 or 3 years old, grow up. Makes me
mad to see people like you bash kids for trying to make something of their
lives besides wasting it away. Thumbs up from me to your son smclane6.
Great job and keep it up.
It was a PM motor from an old printer. A stepper motor will produce more
voltage, but sometimes hard to turn. You can use any DC PM motor from old
toy or just about anything. Test with volt meter and turn by hand, if see
couple of volts then will work ok for small wind application. Good luck.
Found the cheapest option for me find all about costs learn more about how
much spending and what and how you should do..You can build your own Solar
Panels, saving more then $1,000's off of retail price visit

@ashtymen My son made it Jackass! %th grade science project. It's a model
of a wind generator. He use an erector set, DC motor, pvc, and other
recycled parts. Too bad you are too ignorant to build something like that!
I have some desert land and it's right below the mountains, I was just
thinking how something like this could be used to keep flies and mosquitoes
away! Just a thought! Keep up the creations, And thanks for sharing.
well, voltage can be boosted up with a small transformer but if one wants
to turn a large motor you need large turbine blades to do it. so I would
say other than stepping up voltage with a transformer, no you can't
you know for people that want to do this type of thing small motors can be
found in vcrs. pulleys larger and smaller with belts can be found inside
them also this was a nice little project youve done. good work
sweet job little man.....im 49 and just starting into wind/solar.. pay no
mind to negative feedback....and keep up the great work....you can achieve
anything you set out to do as long as you put in the work .
Good job Justin , keep experimenting on wind turbines cause your future
needs them. See mine on joebriffa60 ,,, I used stepping motors for the job.
Well done Justin
+forzaitaly1 and you begin to see the breadth of our doctorate level validation research. Did you have a specific question about the performance in this test? We have the report we can email you. Hit me at [email protected] and we will send it along. br, Chris
Not for this application. Supplemental lighting for Plugs & Transplants do not require intense lighting. We are making up what the sun cannot provide in winter months in northern states.
