Just a short video showing the location of both turn signal flasher units. This should be the same for 1998-2002 Model Camaros and Firebirds and maybe even ...
"Yes it is a 1999 Camaro, yes it is a V6 and no I don't care" - Hahahahaha
LOOOL !!! Still a nice car even with a V6, $3000-5000 will make this Camaro
go like a V8 - you still got a car with a very nice body non the less.
Thanks for the video, I got problems with my flashers the front left is out
and the rear just stays on and doesn't flash until turned off :[ I think
instead of bulbs I got to look at the flasher and wires to fix it, any way
love my '02 SS and you enjoy yours as well :] Thanks !
Thanks for posting this up. Im having a issue with my left turn signal not
flashing (it just stays green) ive changed the bulb and socket and still
nothing but ive noticed it starts to work again when i move the steering
wheel colum all the way up or when i keep messing with the turn signal
lever. Any ideas people please help a fellow camaro owner :( . With hazards
ON all lights work and the right turn signal works perfect
i have always got the 5.7's-ive had 3, 2 99 z28s and an 02 SS...really when
you live in the midwest, the rear wheel drive is more of an issue than the
engine type...i wouldn't be able to justify dealing with the snow and not
having the 346 and 300 horses...but thanks for the vid-im putting mine in
now-it is going slow, then stops, then goes to normal...
thanks for this vid. After 20 minutes of couldn't find it, googled, found
this vid, blinker working 3 minutes later. .....The replacement part from
autozone looks a lot different than the oem part that was in there. The
directions in the haynes manual were NOT helpful.
okay when i was doing this i was under the dash and i saw a little silver
switch and a silver button with a black tip underneath then i saw a random
cord on the side and saw that one side was connected to the pcm ign fuse,
what is that?
Did you find the flasher on your Firebird? Same location? I'm having an
issue with the turn signal arrows turning on, but not flashing, not
clicking, and not signaling. Hoping replacing it fixes the issue.
I liked your video a lot. It actually showed where the flasher modules
were. I didn't have to take every panel off to find them. I looked on an
auto site and an "Auto expert" said " look under the dash.
Thank you for this very useful explanation! My left blinker has been
sticking on more and more lately and I was not looking forward to digging
all around under the dash in search of the clicking sound.
Do I unplug my negative on the battery.? And my right blink doesnt not want
to blink sometimes, but then it works when I start messing around with it.
