@LadyReginaSmiles You have no idea lol. It takes a whole half hour most
times to do things like that! It's huge! To get the deals I get I have to
go online to a website and check off what deals I want to get from a list
that only tells me what is on sale, what coupons I need to make it cheap,
and the end price before taxes. It's such a hassle. Then I get the email
sent to me after looking through the deals for 10 minutes, and I have to go
to ebay and get 20 coupons for a buck, then go buy it.
My dad has a restaurant. We use it for our own shoppings. We buy 40+ of
chicken breast and freeze it in small bags, buy 40+ lbs of ground beef and
freeze it. We buy 7 dozen of eggs and that goes in 3 weeks. I am 94 pounds
and hubby165. We eat healthy, but is expensive to be buying fruits and
veggies. I don't like animal products so my hubby actually eats for me. My
taste for fruits and veggies is a budget killer. We do stack up on rice,
pasta, oatmeal, etc.
My partner and i have been taking tips from your way of living, and i must
say its starting to work. We normally spend $1000 a month on grocery
shopping, and we have now got it down to about $450 a month. Living in
Australia we dont really have coupons but we get our weekly grocery
pamphlet so that helps. Please keep giving out handy hints.PS LOVE YOU GUYS>
For two people a month we spent $120.00 a month. We mostly eat at home.I am
always looking for coupons. To local restaurants.I am not afraid to use
them either.I never thriw left overs away. Most or almost all left overs
make an excellent caserole the next evening.Once a week we volunteer and
there too we eat food that was prepared for the youth.
Im not going to keep a notebook and plan to the extent that they do. Im
gonna relax and enjoy my life. I know how to live cheap without going out
of my way as they do.
Most of what they are buying on sale are junk food anyway. Milk shake,
sodas, cheese... not very good for you. How about some organic fresh
vegetables and fruits?

+Stephen Dale This is false, actually. As outlined here //www.irs.gov/pub/irs-drop/n-15-18.pdf :"The Treasury Department and the IRS do not want the lack of guidance to discourage states from enacting their enabling legislation and creating their ABLE programs, which could delay the ability of the families of disabled individuals or others to begin to fund ABLE accounts for those disabled individuals. Therefore, the Treasury Department and the IRS are assuring states that enact legislation creating an ABLE program in accordance with section 529A, and those individuals establishing ABLE accounts in accordance with such legislation, that they will not fail to receive the benefits of section 529A merely because the legislation or the account documents do not fully comport with the guidance when it is issued."I do not know whether or not it is possible to open accounts in any states yet though. I am in the process of making inquiries about this myself.
+TrueNovice There are many states that have enacted the ABLE Act but they cannot actually offer plans until the Department of the Treasury issues permanent regs.
