@kimchiseohyunnie Good questions. This is a rather shallow cheesecake in
the pre-made crust so the baking time of 65 minutes is good but at a higher
temperature it would overcook and turn hard so that's why 250 for 55 min. I
put the pecans and choco sauce after it was baked and cooled. Perhaps I

@The3Brett3 All cheesecakes are cooled to get the thick pie texture. Eating
it hot would be a good idea for a topping with something but it would no
