In my case I wanted my child after returning from Iraq and after my wife had slept with over 20 men and made videos of these encounters that I found. She blew all of our $600,000.00 that I earned during my sacrifice to better my family in Iraq. The courts gave her the home and everything in it forcing me to the street. My son wants to be with me having witnessed this behavior. But I now am homeless on disability and hungry do to amount of child support. My crime, surviving Iraq and coming home.

Child Support is the new Wall Street, full of crooked Lawyers, Judges, and federal establishments to make money off of kids by way of the so called deadbeat dad. This system needs to be revamped and not be used in the manner of BANKS and loan agencies because this is happening as we speak. AMERICAN CROOKS

Mom no visitation unless it was supervised. And my father made me say I did not want to see her. This nightmare continued for 29 months. I started to do drugs, drink, smoke, have sex, And lost all hope. Until my mother demanded a attorney for me and we got a good one this time who investigated my mom and dad. The judge finally let me come home. The attorney that CPS appointed lied and said she talked to my mom but really never did and told the judge lies. This was the worst nightmare for me.

Docs refused to believe she was genuinely ill and describedmy Mother as mentally ill. This was a major factor as well as my mothers family, who at the time we had nothing to do with but they obviously had something against us as they LIED and filed reports to Docs saying how my Mother and my Step Dad we're unfit parents. They've been gone for two years and are in the care of my mothers family (The ones who filed the reports) If you need anymore information please contact me. Help Us Please

My Name is Nathan and CPS took me from my mother when my father made me tell them a lie that my mother said she wanted to kill herself. They gave her 10 minutes to find someone to put me with. And she was in shock the first 10 minutes. So, they took me away. Then my father made me make other accusations that where minor. After CPS was out of the picture. My Dad began to abuse me physically, verbally, emotionally, and we went to CPS office. They told us they could not help us and go home.

Since I am was 14, I started getting kicked out all the time. I went to my mothers and then my father would call the police on my Mom. They would come and search her home for me. I then started to run away, and hide as long as possible. I even put myself in a Mental hospital for 12 days and they called CPS and no investigation was done. I ended up going home once again with my father. And every hearing my mother had with the judge he gave full custody to him and my Mom no visitation.

First they told my Mom all she needed was a letter from her counselor that she was not suicidal and then all would be okay. This did not work either. And the Judge would never let my mother talk in court and would tell her to shut up or he would send her to jail. He treated my father very nice but my mother like a piece of crap. I am home now but I am so full of anger that I need lots of help now. I love my mother with all my heart but she is the only one I can show my anger to.

After they said go home and call the CPS hotline. While we talked to them they called the Peoria Police department and they came and called my father and said come get your son. He came and took me and laughed in my face and then drove off and when we were miles away from home he stopped the car and kicked me out and said walk home or go anywhere but your to your Mother. I had no where else to go but back to him and his abuse.

Now we are even afraid to get counseling because we are afraid of what they may do to us. We trust no one. I am just waiting to turn 18 so I can be free of them for life. I feel sorry for the little children with no voice that can't speak like I did.

What Michael says is True...it happened to me,lost my child,and still desperate to get visits...this is like forced adoption,and they will keep your kids for 18 years,easy,dnt think they can't,they r a law to themselves :'(
