I used the site to check my ports and they say they arent blocked, But when I try to port forward 80 it says I can not forward as it is being used. But it isnt being used. I dont get it.

This can be because the recorder has IP Filter turned on and your ip in not in the filter list., or the Account you are trying to use has been blacklisted from to many hits from different country or too many wrong password attempts. you can try rebooting the unit or deleting and recreating the account.

Just remember, when you type in the XXXX.quickddns.com URL, make sure you are connected to an external network (Not connected to the same router your DVR is on). If you are, the URL will not resolve to anything. As soon as you connect to an external internet connection/router (Hotspot, Work network etc..), the URL will work just fine. Good luck! I love how i can access my cameras from any PC!

This sounds like a different issue. What are you trying to accomplish? When you say send data do you mean like an FTP site?

Thanks that is really clear, although the current (Dec 2015) version of Android Studio is 1.4 which does seem to have quite a few differences. Still a useful video though.

I get this error when running a program on my Mac. emulator: ERROR: x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration! Please ensure Intel HAXM is properly installed and usable. CPU acceleration status: HAX is not installed on this machine (/dev/HAX is missing). Any help?

Thanks! That fixed it, but why am I getting cannot resolve  R all the time on new projects ? I sync with gradle and regular synchronize but nothing helps

I have a problem downloading. I'm using Google Chrome and the file (1,1 GB) is downloading perfectly at 4.0 MB/s. However, when it gets to 967 MB, the download speed goes to 0 kb/s. Does anyone know how to fix this?

+ZorexGFX You install that using the SDK manager in Android Studio. It is an icon at the top of the screen.
