Just wanted to throw this one out there. The RESIDENTS let their dogs shit all over the place. The RESIDENTS don't clean it up and it's the managements fault? If the RESIDENTS didn't let their dogs shit everywhere and not pick it up, you wouldn't have this problem right? So who do you think is the cause of this problem? The management or the RESIDENTS?

Bullshit! BRE Properties will never change. I use to live at Carmel Summit in San Diego and that place was just as bad as Auqa. Loud music, parties, cars racing through the parking lot, drunk Marines, major water problems. The list goes on. BRE is BRE, they are only in it for the money.

Never rent from BRE properties, they're only in it to take you're money, and have many class action lawsuits against them. Never again will I rent from them.

I live at Cortesia in RSM, and battling roaches. A gift from a neighbor tenant. The property mgmt wont do shit about it. Moving out in June. Hurray
