the answer to your question is already there ... your question "Why would you think these items can't be installed on this?" ... the answer is over there... the maker of that bike didn't install a fender.. we are talking about a fender not installed in this bike when you bought it stock .. i can install a fucking roof in that thing if i want to, but why it is not??

+聖人巨乳 My guess is to haul ass on the front brakes and accelerate while keeping your leg down, and turning the bike if you want to do a U turn. Where as conventional bikes you could just turn the handle bars and be on your way. LOL

Why would that be the case? This thing just uses hub-center steering which has been done before on bikes (most notably the Bimota Tesi 3D). If  the hub-center steering concept is engineered properly then sharp steering at low speed won't really be an issue.
