Personally I'm not worried about MSG. It has been around since 1909.
Brocolli, parmesan cheese and many protein rich foods naturally contain the
amino acid, glutamate. It is also naturally produced by your body. Numerous
studies have failed to prove MSG as harmful, and most of the stigmatism is
based in the United States.. While we are an obese nation worrying about
MSG, asian cultures who use MSG heavily are healthier and live longer...
And why don't Asian cultures have Chinese restaurant syndr
CORN??? I guess to each his own? Otherwise, a very ingenious recipe, Sir! I
must give this a try. My only suggestion for you would be to take that
container of artificial sweetener and toss it in the garbage!!! Get off
that stuff ASAP. It's like formaldehyde in what it does to your system! I
understand tomato sauce does need a sweet component to it. Instead of sugar
and in order to avoid artificial crap, try stevia OR agave nectar. Stevia
is no-calorie and agave is low glycemic. Cheers!
MSG basically enhances the flavors of whatever it is added to. in a
nutshell it makes tomatos taste more tomatoey...it makes beef taste
beefier, or chicken more chickeny... I know it's a poor analogy, but have
you ever had a good steak and then had a REALLY good steak in a restaurant?
Chances are the seasoning contained MSG, which enhanced the beef flavor.
Great vid mate I agree with SmittysTX, throw that artificial stuff out, it
is a known carcinogenic. I use Xyletol and it works brilliantly! Cheers
mate hey BTW what is under the towel on the counter with the thermostrip on
itÉ
When I saw SMASH Pizza, I thought Single Mushroom And Single Herb ! LOL
Seriously though, try the Stevia, its also brilliant for back sweetening
ciders. In the powder form it dissolves in less than a second.
I think you're right Bobbi, MSG gets a bad press and it is mostly rumour
its based on. The entire Asian continent uses it all the time, and they are
thriving. Westerners could learn a thing or two.
Great intro Secue and the pizza looks fantastic ..had a few pints now and
I'm getting a bit peckish but I just can't get the thought of mash potato
meringues out of my head...cheers mate..
You ever tried making a Meatza big man? It's paleo so gluten free
and..well... meaty. There's loads of good recipes but chuck Melissa Joulwan
mexican-meatza into Google give it a whirl!
MSG is a flavour enhancer Chuck, its used a lot in asian cooking.

+Hannah H Haha well I have an unlimited card, which means I pay monthly and can go to the cinema as many times as I like so I suppose and combination of that and during this video I was on my summer break from uni so I'd try to go as much during those months as possible because then when I pay it but have busy months at uni where I can't go I don't feel like it's been such a waste of money because I've made the use of it at other times if that makes sense? And also because they tend to release a lot of stuff I want to see at summer time to fit in with holidays etc :L x

This recipe is super yummy and really low fat the pork is so tender when it comes out of the slow cooker. We hope you enjoy watching this video. SUBSCRIBE ...
This looks delicious! I will definitely be trying this out. I cooked a pork
joint in the slow cooker the other day but was stuck with ideas of what
sauce to do with it! What did you serve the pork with?
Gosh this look sooooo nice!!!
Going really want to try this on Sunday. Not sure on the vinegar though,
Hayden is allergic to barley so not sure if that's in Balsamic vinegar I
think It is from memory... I wonder if lemon would work too. We'll have to
see.
Thanks so much for this beautiful x
It is in the vinegar :( my mum has celiac disease and can't use it either but she used it with a vinegar she bought from morrisons that was ok and she said it tasted good :) lemon sounds like a nice option though! Thanks for the comment :) xx
