Then I am not sure how I can help you. I am not a master with technology like some people are. What I would do is go onto the War Thunder forums and make a topic asking what you can do about it. It's probably too technical for me to help you out. Sorry I couldn't fix your problem.

That's strange. You have a pretty solid build. I do play at a lower resolution but it's not that different than yours. Try playing at a lower resolution just as a test to see if you can max it out. What is your Operating System? They might be some optimization issues.

how do you play it? with maxed? i play it with an i-7 4730 an high settings but in the menu screen its lagging pls help

What are all of your specs? What resolution do you play at? I play at 1600 by 900.

all you dummies it's called vsync to fix that go under your bf4 setting under video and you will see vsync enable it to stop that but it will make a decrease in performance when enabling it if you don't got a strong pc to run bf4 on medium
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-VwPD3swYWhc/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAwM/cXuhuL7MWpI/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Alex Heartkill Vsync enabled will cause delay on the mouse and stuttering. That is why i'm or other wont use it.

+Darren Weber i got the exact same card and i have no tearing at all .in bf3 . i dont have other games to try tho
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-hc-h-Ofq1bA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABU/L9YFxWtzs9Y/photo.jpg?sz=64
What? I personally experience a lot more tearing when my Asus R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 is under heavy load, like when I'm running War Thunder on 1440p with all the texture and detail settings maxed out. I don't know much about the subject (yet), but I like to believe that tearing is the result of one part of the system running faster (or slower) than other other components that come together to produce your graphics, like the CPU and graphics card.

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-jbDP62X3Fec/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAKU/XuxpKCxFk5U/photo.jpg?sz=64
It's your monitor screen tearing Is heavy on 60hz screens in order to not get it as bad u need 120+hz displays
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-gkW8FS1FTGE/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAGk/imRxM1p2YtI/photo.jpg?sz=64
What causes this? more fps than the screen can support?
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-uOaXOeqeZMM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAATI/LadgnUhhJaU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Joshua Coates yeah for example
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-MqLSjfLC0SU/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAX8/xjXjwAL9qDU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Lucas Norrie Like warframe v-sync is good when set to auto, halo 2 or hitman blood money v-sync is bad.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-uOaXOeqeZMM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAATI/LadgnUhhJaU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Joshua Coates Yes, that is correct, in some games it can cause the screentearing to get another effect, this effect looks like waves going from up to down or down to up. Sometimes V-sync just makes it worse by letting the screen tear in big chunks which are often 2 inches high. V-sync in most games give input lag.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-MqLSjfLC0SU/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAX8/xjXjwAL9qDU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Lucas Norrie hmm I've come to learn that v-sync is not always the answer for some games. Don't get me wrong it does work though. Some games v-sync makes it worse . I actually wonder how that works.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-uOaXOeqeZMM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAATI/LadgnUhhJaU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Ethan8or It can be unnoticed as well, I just got used to it and I don't even see it unless I specifically look for it.
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-6Dq69raRb6Y/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAD4/JXvyecgRDZM/photo.jpg?sz=64
Screen tearing is so easily noticed
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-2iPO-SOsKus/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAATZM/qGoKYiyJ26M/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Lucas Norrie i get tearings even below 30fps lol. it could tear at any rate, any fps. vsync is shit cuz when that shit got turned on it'll become choppy and wonky. I meant shaky screen that will give you headache almost the same as tearings. and yet i'vent still found the way to fix this. maybe its my faulty hardware.
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-6Dq69raRb6Y/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAD4/JXvyecgRDZM/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Lucas Norrie The Hans-G monitors are fine, it's just the data projectors aren't designed for lots to be happening, not a school one. You cannot be sure that you are right and you cant be sure if I am right.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-uOaXOeqeZMM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAATI/LadgnUhhJaU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Ethan8or Less fps then what the object can produce won't cause screen tearing, for example, if you run bf4 at 50 fps on a 60fps monitor you won't get screen tearing since there aren't too many frames. If you get 100 fps on a 60fps monitor you get screen tearing cause either your pc or monitor doesn't know what to do with the extra fps causing the screen tearing. So v-sync caps the fps limit to what the monitor can produce. V-sync will cause input and mouse lag but I can't explain why it does that. But with v-sync on it will help in most games, in a lot of games v-sync will cap it to your monitor's refresh rate but you will still get screen tearing for some reason, can't explain that as well. But if you get screen tearing with a 50fps dvd on a 60fps projector/monitor you will not get screen tearing. either something is wrong with the projector/monitor. Or you have a 50fps projector/monitor with a dvd of 60fps :P
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-6Dq69raRb6Y/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAD4/JXvyecgRDZM/photo.jpg?sz=64
It normally is caused by a difference in frame rate with the source and the screen, like my school, me being in Britain, DVD's play at 50fps but our projectors and monitors give 60fps as the PC's default, camera movement causes screen tear.
https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-uOaXOeqeZMM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAATI/LadgnUhhJaU/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Tony V Yes, V-sync is an option but not always,
