Hi, was it manual or automatic transmission? How does it work on manual, brakes and turns the engine off?

It was manual and it brakes only and kills the engine instead of stopping it.

Buttala, toglila da mezzo e abbandona il gruppo VW, non ti passa nnt in garanzia nè tanto meno ti ripara quando potrebbero. E quando riparano non risolvono nnt. Cambia macchina, anche una francese, o un'italiana, anzi se prendi un'italiana sta sicuro che di problemi cosi non ne avrai più. E se ne avrai faranno cadere il cielo per risolverlo.

+Simone Mesca Almeno sono corsi ai ripari, il bello però è che lo hanno prima venduto sapendo che aveva problemi e poi lo hanno sistemato. Cmq anche il DSG a bagno d'olio può dare problemi, molto di meno ma cmq secondo me devono ancora perfezionarlo

+Franco96Juve DSG a bagno d'olio. Dovrebbe esistere solo quello. Perfetto impeccabile preciso. 143.000 km zero problemi.I DSG a secco sono una schifezza.
