And thats facts. As a non racist black i have only one white friend but we became friends in college on the exact morales u just said. We'll just have to agree to disagree. It's more or less sold on appeal because mechanically there's nothing new. But it does deliver a fun experience for Star Wars fans.

I see your trike has a different type of tires than you normally us? Are they better than the Grey wheeleez?

+buzzy9172 Yes that is the new 2015 Air Trike. Those wheels are much better as they have far less rolling resistance. They ride much smoother and better and are actually balanced much better so they don't wobble like crazy when you leave the ground. Plus they are 4 ply so you are far far far less likely to get a flat. They bring the ride height up a bit because they don't squish down so much and are 1 inch larger. They just make it a whole new trike. Soooo much better with the new wheels and our custom machined bearings for it. We also made them backwards compatible for anyone that has an older Air Trike so they can buy a set and they pop right on piece of cake.

+Tim Krause It's just a cheap point & shoot as I didn't want anything too fancy... :) Actually auto focus messes you all up. If I just throw it on f/16 and focus to 10m then everything from 12 ft away from me to infinity is automatically in focus. So I never have to focus at all. It was always a pain in the butt with auto focus trying to focus and then recompose over and over. Plus if you don't have it right then you might lose focus on what you actually wanted. So the manual focus works great as long as I just stay farther than 12 ft away from what I'm shooting.

+shepsbarbershop The whole Air Trike setup with all the very best gear all brand new is about $14,500. It really is the most incredible thing you will ever do. That whole setup will break down and fit into the trunk of a small compact car. Then you can set it all up and be in the air in less than 5 minutes even from all the way torn down. Always having your aircraft with you is kind of like being SUPER man. A quick jump into a phone booth and yes you can fly!! There are unlimited uses for an incredibly capable personal aircraft like this. It's really easy to get started, you just give me a call at 800-707-2525. Let's go flying!!!

I am about to purchase my very first income property. It's an 2 family home for $30,000. So here's my dilemma. I'm torn between methods of paying it off the fastest most efficient way. What's a better method: 1.Use the 50% rule and use a portion of the other 50% to pay more down each month on the mortgage 2.Use the 50% rule and put the other half into savings until I have enough for a payoff. Your input would be very much appreciated. I am a huge fan of this site

+ShiveRaye If you are looking at paying off the property as fast as possible, I would recommend paying it off instead of having a savings. Typically the way I look at it is what return am I getting on a savings account (not much right now, less than 1%). Also, what interest rate am I paying on my mortgage? I'm paying roughly 4% right now so it would make more sense and have a higher return if I pay on the loan instead of saving my money in a low yield savings account.

in the area i live you can literally buy houses for 20, 30, 40,000 with minimal problems. That's just how it is. I bought my own house (which WAS a fixer upper) for 9K and only put like 15k into it. They're not mansions but they serve their purpose as a home. Few weeks back I was lookin at a 3 unit for $50000 and 4 unit for $60000 but I didn't have the deposit in time before both were off the market. But this house in particular (30K) is owned by my in laws who keep it up so no work should be neccessary. So do you have an answer for my question
