Everything you type is collected and stored. Every call, every email, text. EVERYTHING you watch on tv. Every book you take out in a library or buy online. Every porn site you visit. Everything! for as long as I can remember, I cannot break my 2 km. barrier because of knee pain. I don't need any device to tell me I'm nearing 2 km. because my knees would start screaming at me. I tried KSO sport (my very first pair), that was the turning point. 11 km. first time at 7 km/h (according to runtastic) average speed on concrete pavement pain free.
