u need to update at least v1.17.... for more info on how to update u can try google zenfone blog... ters a lot of tutorials on how to update n stuff

+Denny Suhendro u need to unzip the file before u use it to update. if i m not mistaken after u unzip once ters another zip file with name ended with -user.... dats the file u need to use for update. plus u need to make sure u download the right firmware file based on ur sku. since urs is TW so download TW firmware. u can find the ota files here: https://gist.github.com/shakalaca/1f6256e9da2f8ccd9c6d

+Kienhero Hoang t00f đúng ko em làm như hướng dẫn sau Với zenfone 5,6 chạy rom WW bạn nào đang ở bản thấp hơn version 2.22.xxx (vào about kiểm tra phiên bản như clip). Ví dụ trong clip, nếu muốn lên L ROM WW thì buộc phải có recovery bản 2.22.xxxx.+ link rom zen 5 bản 2.22: //dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/A500CG/UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.22.40.53-user.zip?_ga=1.99532190.1436471083.1432816742. Tải về rồi giải nén-> tìm file recovery chép ra thư mục adb fastboot như clip,đưa máy về fastboot cắm cáp -> dùng lệnh fastboot flash recovery recovery.img -> xong khởi động lại máy -> chép file rom android L (đã tải từ trước) vào máy -> máy báo bản update là đcShow less
