I have an 08 with 6500 on it. GREAT video. I want to do this myself. A co worker with a GSXR1000 said I need new tires, but my wear indicators on my original tires are not flush with the top of the tread. I'll ask the Dunlap rep to look at them at the next Bike Night.

You don´t have to remove the front fender. What about balancing the Wheels?

When the VFR1200 is on the centerstand, doesn't the bike rest on it's front tire? How did you prop the bike up to get the front wheel off?

+Nunya Bidness Balance on center stand and floor jack under the oil pan. If you have a helper, just have them push down on the back of the bike. Remove the wheel and set the forks on a block. It is easier with the rear wheel off, you can use Pitbull stands.
