Is it possible to connect direct attach cables from server to server (like a crossover)? If so do you need a crossover cable? Or do I need a switch? I've googled and can't find the answer. Thanks in advance.

Hello, so transceivers are not needed when SFP+ DAC are used. would you know if SFP+ DAC cables are interoperable between different manufacturers like HP and Netgear?
