Because it deploys all airbags so if anything happens in an odd way, you will be more safe!

@Greendude33 You clearly dont know what you're talking about, this car is nowhere near the safety score of any european car in that class. Safety of a car is not judged by how how it looks after the crash, besides, this is a FULL FRONTAL crash, european crash tests are much more strict, since cars are crashed with only 40% of front area, which puts a lot more load on the cars body. CTS was tested by one european car magazine in 40% front crash, and it did pretty poor.

and this was going what? about 35 mph? I was in a cadillac cts without side bags going about 80 when the driver lost controll and hit a wall on the highway. We both survived and walked out. I only ended up with a broken neck of which isnt so bad compared to what all could of happend going that fast. Our car didn't look much worse then the one in the test video. DAMN GOOD CAR! Saved our lives.
