+DALE97DSM Not sure. I think the concept would work but other vehicles will have different designed heater ducts. You need to find where the blend door motors are first to get a good idea of where to cut.

I've got a bolt in place of my pin, apparently I lost the nut on it haha. I
found a rivet that fits perfectly but my gun isn't big enough D: I've tried
getting a new pin at a few auto parts stores but nobody knows what i'm
talking about.

Suggest lubing the other end of the horizontal tang, where it enters door,
as those tend to develop friction (from rust) rubbing against a metal
spring-like piece (i.e. the part that provides tension which keeps the door
open).

Whats the easiest way to get a new pin in there? I was given my '00
cherokee sport and it was missing that pin. Managed to find a supplier
online here:

it was the heater core rad that was clog...had to buy a new one....dissamble the dash all over to be able to take off the rad and put the new one in....1000$ at dealer...but i did it my self for 70$(rad) and 12h of labor

I'm having trouble with the air in my 2002 Jeep Liberty. I can only get
air to blow out of the window defrost vent and at the feet. I changed the
controller but nothing happens. I had someone look at it and he checked
the vacuum line for leaks. He got it to work for a day and then it went
back to defrost vent and feet vent. The fan speed controller works fine.
Just can't get the air to blow out of other vents. Any idea's as to what
it could be.

There's not vacuum line to the back of the control knob. Can you think of anything else.

some vacuum i=under that box...or check the vacuum line behind the button that control de selector position of the air...it goes easily away

On the plastic gears connecting the actuator to the blend doors, do you
have an up close shot of those? It would be part 4 at 1:07 in your video.
