This is a twist on a burger you never thought you'd see! You may have never tried salmon and horseradish but trust us, it's a classic combination! This burger is ...
+BeardedDanishViking Yes, but if you spread it on a freshly toasted bun/roll, the oil in it prevents the juices of the meat/toppings from making the crispy bread go soggy.
+Darth Flynn A lot of companies...that way you know you're getting fish and not some weird imitation product. It's a bone...really isn't disgusting at all.
quick question: is a "glug" one of those foreign measurements from the
magical land of England or is it just something Ben says because he really
doesn't know how much oil hes putting in the pan he just know s its a gulg
its basically like saying "add a pinch of salt", its not an exact measurement but its a rough estimate, a glug comes from the sound a bottle makes when you pour out liquid quickly "glug glug glug glug", so one glug is roughly one of those, if that makes sense.

Food Buskers and Food Buskettes... Back at Broadway market in London's East End looking for a win on the food busking circuit. Will my Chicken Schnitzel ...
+ABD 0_0 it's 9 GBP, so more than 10€ ... gotta admit i wouldn't pay that much either, especially when considering i know a nice place where i pay like 13€ for burger and fries, but that place actually uses beef of cows that were kept appropriately and lived in our region.
it's chickaaan in breadcrumbs man, plus your brioche buns looked like they
feel off a truck and landed in mud.
I wouldn't pay more than £5 just for the burger. Add chips and coke and I
will pay £8.
Can anyone shed any light on what JQ used to clean his hands after handling
the chicken? Thought often crosses my mind on the safest way to santise
after handling raw meat, particularly if cooking street food!
It was an antibacterial disinfectant. We had limited access to water that day and during that recipe my lovely runner had run off to get me hot water. Such a glamorous life on the streets!
+Hugo Mendes +Liz Hinds I would use a very strong alcohol to clean my hands and all surfaces where raw poultry, meat or seafood has come into contact with. I would also make sure I have access to hot, soapy water. Salmonella or E-Coli is not pretty. I would also use clean work surfaces, boards, utensils every time to avoid cross contamination. I'm sure he is using a good alcohol based disinfectant.
Maybe alcohol in gel form? These are kinda obligatory to have in public places here in Brazil after that H1N1 flu outbreak a few years ago. Kinda looks the same and it is usually safe to use when you are cooking.
