Jack May I ask what kind of thermometer your using. Thanks Russell
https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-Jn7OvFWAM7U/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAABZo/SEXqgc1ghwQ/photo.jpg?sz=64
+Russell Farnandez my favorite thermometer of all time is called iDevice. I use the kitchen one because it's less expensive than the grill one they offer. Both are great and have a cool app on my phone that tells me when the meat is 10 degrees from done then when the meat is done. Love it.

1 Table Spoon of salt for 1 cup of rice? That seems quite a bit. I guess that must help the favor in the rice. This dish looks really good. Probably skip the salt when cooking the rice :D Thank you for the video!

+winimow If you use table salt and cook rice using the absorption method recommended by manufactures it is excessive. The recipe on my website omits salt. The sauces is flavorful enough without having to cook rice with salt. Thank you for your comment.
