Hello, yes question,"please ", after the eggplant is fried, & on the wire rack can I put them in the oven to "crisp" them ..thanks & really like the/your cooking style, very to the point ,,thanks kindly ,

I have done an aubergine (egg plant) with halloumi before, i did not peal it because the texture of the plant is a lot more softer for the tounge.

Try pealing the plant b4 bread them.... It will be lighter also a flash in the oven to make them crispier...... Peace
