Looks good I tried the pork rinds and even though I don't really like
eating them as a breading they were really good - for eggplant too - where
did you get the southern flavored I did not see those thanks for all your
hard work and great recipes keep me motivated
@loribelt24 Southern is actually the brand name rather than the flavor.
These were just plain salted rinds. They do make a hot and spicy version as
well, but I've been too chicken to try them :D
