In Tennessee it is very common to get smaller pounded tenderloin breaded and fried on biscuits at home, diners, or truck stops. I think a more correct 'burger' would be with ground pork seasoned however you would like it. But this sure looks GREAT to me! You really have done a great series of these burgers.

Good choice. I grew up eating tenderloin sandwiches in north central Indiana. Definitely an Indiana thing. They used to have "tenderloin fries" at the local volunteer fire department to raise money. Also available at local greasy spoons, high school hangouts, etc.

Typo in the video title, if you want to fix that. Looks darn tasty, but TECHNICALLY I wouldn't call it a burger.

Thanks, the sauce is prepared separately so it's done at the right thickness. If the noodles were added you would get starchy unpredictable results.
