I may very we'll be wrong, but it looks very much like a cloaked or shielded circular craft reacting with the upper side of the cloud system. Any other ideas?

+phillip harden ...There is a definite circular shape,which is normal in clouds,especially Nimbus clouds..But the shape holds too long, I have seen this in Ojai Calif ..much smaller and pointed like a spear rather than circular..It does form like a vessel though..

Sorry but this is nothing extraterrestrial or HARP related. It is caused by the atmosphere, clouds and sun. Why is it UFO enthusiasts never see things for what they are and it always has to be something ET or what ever they want to believe it is..smh You will know when disclosure happens or you see a UFO there will be no question, it will be definitive trust me.

@Serbitar Supercooled water particles and RISKY Air Turbulence. Commercial Air craft would have to fly through some potentialy dammanging winds, hence the MAJOR flight dellays.
