after reading your comment, it made me think it rebooted and that was a
desktop picture lol.. then maybe they switched to another computer... or
maybe a hacker hacked the weather channel?

After seeing the first minute afterward... it looks like something happened
to the computer... probably rebooted the computer for the EC Feed or
something.
