On WP8, it seems you must have a Snapdragon quad-core processor, as in 530, 630, 730, 830, 930 or 1520 devices, or Samsung ATIV SE, HTC One M8 WP... all other devices may be not compatible!

+João Victor Schiavo Ohh, with the chromecast app on your phone you can cast your screen to the Chromecast. It works off of your wifi network. Miracast works a different way but with Chomecast everything has to be app supported.

Well, Chromecast actually has limited support. It depends on the apps themselves. Miracast displays your whole screen and as long as your device supports then you can display anything from your phone.

Is this a real hologram or is it using the accelerometor to simulate the movement of a hologram. If I leave the phone still and only move my head around, will it have the same effect?

It's using the accelerometer to simulate it. The iPhone doesn't have the kind of hardware to do it for real. At least, not yet... =)
