Also if the exsisting MMS works on the iPhone, why Come out with something new ? It's been proven to work all AT&T have to do is send the same carrier updated to the iPhone as I did and everyone else that had mms before they even announced it. The same internet plan and mms that the regular cellphones have works the same way on the iPhone. So why make the iPhone data plan so much more when you can have both mms and data for the same price? There is no difference it's all the same.

The Internet is the same? The text/mms is the same? And why do i have too have a data plan when apple put wifi in it? If that's the case AT&T should have told apple not to put it in the iPhone, that would have been logical. But no AT&T as I said is money hungry. MMS could have, no it should have been in the very first iPhone, every other cell phone on the market can do mms. AT&T saw the iPhone as a cash cow. And they are cashing in on it.

Well that depends, it's up to the person. And whos to say that you won't be paying extra for the new mms just for iPhones I haven't seen any thing about them saying how much more or if their going too add it to your exsisting data plan for free which is highly unlikely as AT&T is a money hungry company.

Put it this way AT&T believes that if a person can spend all this money for a phone they can afford to pay us much more, same goes for the blackberries and every other PDA phone, just because this phone can do more then that cheap 99 dollar plan you have to charge me more? When the network is the same?

So the only way to have the iPhone mms before it comes out is to change the data plan to a generic unlimited one and txt also??? Is that really worth it to have it a week before??? If it I'll do it

Do not upgrade to 3.1 if you have plans on jailbreaking. Saurik, the creator of cydia, believes there's a chance 3.1 will never be able to be jailbroken. It seems like 3.1 has some bugs too.

when im about th do it, it says changes will be made to my iphone. what kinda changes? oh yea MMS is coming out on the 25, so is it worth it or should i just wait?

Many People just joined AT&T just for the iPhone, and have left and took there phone to Tmobile. because they dont really care what phone you put your sim into.
